Pickled Chinese Takana


I slept too much today.. Haha But, I made a Pickled Chinese Takana with my daddy. How did we make it...? I tell you about that. Well, first, low takana put on a chopping, second put on salt and red pepper, then that pile up. After 1 week, we will able to eat that! I am looking forward to eat sooner! Then, I had a dinner at "Fuuchin" in my home town that is traditional place. I ate a lot.. so I am still full..Haha :)
